Art's Festival - Shine On

Grades 5-6  - 12.30pm

The Wodonga District Art's Festival took place at Galvin Hall.

The festival has been a cherished tradition for many years- some parents might even remember performing at the old Wodonga Civic Centre!

The Art's Festival includes both Visual Arts and Performing Arts.
Over 2,000 students will be involved in this year's event.
This year will see 8 concerts take place between Tuesday 11th and Friday 14th August.

At entry for audience members is $5 each fee, this cost supports the committee with running costs including the hire of equipment and the release of staff to co-ordinate the event which involves students from 12 schools!

Arts Festical Cover Page Winner

Contratumations to our very own Kiewa Vallay Primary School Student 'Victoria Wallace' for winning the Art's Festival cover page.
We are incredibly impressed by the creativity, imagination and effort Victoria put into her work.
There are many entries from each school attending,
KVPS had 19 entries in total.
The piece reflects the unique idea and artistic talents and Victoria should be very proud of her achievement.
