Kiewa Valley Primary School has a proud tradition of serving the educational communities of Kiewa, Tangambalanga, Kergunyah, Gundowring and Charleroi for 66 years. We pride ourselves in the close connections that we have with our local community and our families.
Making the right choice about your child’s schooling is very important. A school is much more than just the programs that it runs, or the facilities that it has; a school is also about the people that are connected with it and the care and nurturing that the environment provides. At Kiewa Valley Primary School we take pride in the fact that we have an environment in which the individual needs of each child are a vital consideration for everyone.
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which provides the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria. Students living within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school.
This is determined based on your child's permanent address. Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy.
This is done to ensure that students can enrol in their local school or enrol at another school if there is a place available.
For more information about our school zone, please contact our school. For answers to frequently asked questions about school zones and enrolling in Victorian government schools, visit School zones.
