The wreath can be found in the Office of Kiewa Valley Primary School
This week is Reconciliation Week, the theme is "Now More Than Even". We held a whole school activity afternoon beginning with the SRC explaining the significance of the week. We then split up into our multi-age activity groups, listened to an Indigenous story with our group teacher and created an artwork to tella story on a gum leaf using traditional Aboriginal symbols. The gum leaves were collected from our school grounds and arranged together to create a whole school wreath to symbolise our unity and shared commitment to reconciliation.
